Woods at Muddy Branch, developed by Toll Brothers Inc, is composed of approximately 75 luxury homes that comprise the membership of the Woods at Muddy Branch Community Association (the “WAMB”). The Association is governed by three to five Community elected directors who are also residents of WAMB.
